The proportion stipulation of Shanghai foreign enterprise total investment and registered capital, as follow:
1. Registered capital is less than 2,100,000 USD, the total investment amount shall not exceed ten over seven of the registered capital.
2. Registered capital is between 2,100,000 -5,000,000 USD, the total investment amount shall not exceed 2 times of the registered capital.
3. Registered capital is between 5,000,000 -12,000,000 USD, the total investment amount shall not exceed 2.5 times of the registered capital.
4. Registered capital is over 12,000,000 USD, the total investment amount shall not exceed 3 times of the registered capital.
